Killington's Snowed Inn Offers 15% Off Lodging During Vermont's "Learn to" Month
KILLINGTON, Vt. (January, 2012)………. As ski and snowboard resorts across the country continue to celebrate January Learn to Ski and Snowboard Month, innkeepers at the Snowed Inn in Killington are hoping New Englanders who have never had the chance to experience the Green Mountains will hop on the "learn-to" bandwagon. In conjunction with Ski Vermont, which has created an incredible learn to ski or snowboard package for beginners, the Snowed Inn will offer 15 percent off lodging Sunday through Thursday through the month of January.
"Ski Vermont along with its partner resorts like Killington work hard to make it easy for new skiers and riders to find out what makes skiing and riding so fun," said Innkeeper Jeanne Karlhuber. "With the new snow coming down today, we hope people will take advantage of the discounted lodging rates and the incredible $29 lessons at Killington this January."
All learn to ski or ride lessons include a beginner area lift ticket at Killington, equipment rental, and a lesson with a professional ski instructor who will teach participants the basics of learning how to ski or ride. The $29 lessons are available for anyone ages seven or older and are held at 9:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. daily during January (excluding holidays).

A reservation must be made with Killington in order to receive the discounted lesson rate. Once the guest has booked a lesson for any day, Sunday through Friday, he simply calls the Snowed Inn at 800.311.5406, mentions the date and day of his lesson and receives the 15 percent lodging deal.
