Oregon's Mt. Bachelor Offers Learn to Ski and Ride in FIve Program for Never Evers
Oregon’s Mt Bachelor is celebrating Learn to Ski and Snowboard Month with a lesson program ··for “never-evers” who have no previous experiences learning how to ski or snowboard. Oregon’s Governor John Kitzhaber has officially declared January Learn to Ski and Snowboard Month.
The “Ski or Ride in 5” program offers candidates who want to become a skier or snowboarder this year by committing to a 5 visit program.
The program includes five lesson packages with a ski or snowboard rental and Learning Zone beginner lift ticket, reserved close-in parking privileges in the Sunrise Lodge lot and ski or snowboard instruction by one of Mt. Bachelor’s hand-picked instructors. Selection is based on their communication skills and overall success rate of coaching beginners-·········
The cost for the five lesson package is $199 for anyone six years and older!· Upon completing the program, participants will receive ‘Graduation Presents’ including a pass product good for the rest of this season and discounts on full season passes for two more years. Pre-registration is required prior to starting the first lesson.·
Participants can begin their 5 lesson program any time after January 2, 2012 and have until March 25, 2012 to complete the last lesson.
